GNLF disintegrating the Gorkha Community - UGRF

Kalimpong: UGRF’s chief Ajay Dahal, once again issued the press release, responding to the recent comments by Mr. Dawa Pakhrin, president, GNLF Kalimpong branch, that there are numerous army in India other than Indian army, such as: Indian national army, Salvation army, Peoples liberation army, Shiva-sena, Ranbir sena etc., and which are the anti national among these? Is it enough to be branded as anti national just because of the name sake? He further blamed GNLF that instead of Gorkhaland, they have accepted said Council, which has less powers than previous district Council, after the sacrificed of more than 1200 innocent people and 2000 permanent disabled individual. And it is the GNLF, disintegrating the complete gorkha community.

He further added, UGRF started agitation with the object of Gorkhaland solely against the Bengal government and do expect the supports from all the hill political parties including GNLF, avoiding the execution of our brother “Gorkhe” based on our principal. But GNLF supports to Bengal administration compelling us to review our programs.

UGRF will not be permitted any action based on racism or individual issues, UGRF will take responsible for its any operation or action. Before taking action against any person, opportunity will be given to particular person, pointing out its mistakes, stated in the press release signed by Ajay Dahal.

Those who want to participate in the Gorkhaland agitation, UGRF always welcomes them. Those who do not, UGRF requested them to stay away from any comment and unnecessary remarks on them could be fatal to their activist, which has emerged one out of 10000 people, stated in the press release.
