‘Parisangh’ responded to CM remarks

Darjeeling, 29 November: Bharatiya Gorkha Parisangh issued a press release statement from Delhi that Darjeeling and Dooars were never the parts of Bengal and still is not the parts of Bengal, which is clearly mentioned by Chief Minister of Bengal in Siliguri at their district conference held recently.

Only after implementation of Sixth Schedule, Darjeeling hills will have a constitutional guarantee and it will be parts of Bengal, therefore, separate state Gorkhaland is not possible, were the remarks of Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee, CM of Bengal.

Sixth Schedule bill is being brought in Parliament, not for the welfare and development of Darjeeling hills and Dooars but to obstruct separate state for Gorkhas, press release reads.

It is not important what Bengal government wants, it is important what people of Darjeeling hills and Dooars wants. Bharatiya Gorkha Parisangh believes in separate state for more than crore Gorkhas residing in India for centuries.

  • image many of us trying to find a place under the sun outside Darjeeling ,are only doing so, because Ghising neglected his responsibility towards his land and his people...and gorkhalis down the years will suffer if we fail to do something against Ghising and neglect our responsibility towards ourt land and our people.NOW!!

  • image Ever since independence the Gorkhas has been living as degraded human beings .I have of late been so very extremely shocked by the blatantly brutal atrocitial remark wrecked upon by the simple and peace loving people in the hills of Darjeeling by our own presevers of law and order that as a protest against these ruthless atrocities let loose rampantly I hereby declare to forgo my own eligibility from being called an "INDIAN" at the present state of mind whose brutality and the the type of remark has been too much to bere in a democratic way.If the political leaders from West Bengal has been employed with an authorative to order to create fear psychosis in the minds of the people then they have exvceeded the limits inordinately,with their exploits saturated in inhuman instincts and anamilism.Their exploits reveal that they are trsinidonly to imbibe in themselves sadistic impulse their flair venture is an anti civilising trend a cult of brutal ugliness ,an obsession with the bizzare and with the grossly degrading aspects of human lives .It is in essence but an admission of defeat exposing the death theories of human civilisation that was built up with years of sweat and sacrifice.It is regrettable to note that these type of law and order is nothing more than lapsing into barbarism, the "NAZI" concentration camps were more cultured and more humanly humane that the political leaders of West Bengal sparked by their animal instinct nutured and fostered with the type of blessings they have taken in the form of an oath at the writers Building.If tese type of law and order is prolonged with being un weighed upon then it may proove to be a costly mistake Remember West Bengal once the tortured and the malaigned in the society begin to develop a defensive mentality it will spell disater in the long run.   • image Well...i sincerely hope that the people in Darjeeling wake up this time.......its high time that we do something...we need a change.........ghising's rule in darjeeling is very very similar to jyoti basu's rule in west bengal.........even a lay man can see on the face of it.....this is my special request to the youth of darjeeling to deal with the matter practically...kindly stop being influenced by the so called new and aspiring youth leaders who have an ulterior motive behind the pretentious steps that they have been taking lately...........please please dont carried away by a bottle of booze, parties and a few thousands of rupees.....its because of ghising and his party people that today people like us are here outside darjeeling trying to prove other's wrong..........had he done something for us, we would have been happily leading a peaceful and hassle free life in our beloved home town darjeeling......but that never happened and never will...as the saying goes "sorry doesnt make a dead man alive" so he deserves no second chance.....rest is all upto the youth.........let us all join together for our land..........we dont want to face identity crisis anymore...............do we????

  • image was ghising not aware of this fact... how come he never let people know bout this fact and now he is trying to convince people that sixth schedule is appropriate for the hill peple..bullshit... he should come out of lal kothi and visit every house of darjeeling to know what their party has given to the people of hills for so long.....

  • image I always knew that this bloody WB Govt. had a hidden agenda behind 6th Schedule. This clearly shows that Mr Ghishing is under the yoke of WB Govt. and so is his party. These asses are surely ruining the pride of the Gorkhas.
