A victim of intellectual savagery

The aching heart has started pulsating again. Aggressively.

The Hill Populace is aroused once again & in search of its azad intently & extensive in nature. An ‘azad’, especially in terms of its connectivity to human psyche, needs to be studied in a fresh perspective because of the multiple grounds with which the state/centre based authorities appear to be polluted with. The unfortunate fact is the motive behind selfish claim of the people who are claiming their entitlements (such as ‘Himalayan hills are the vital parts of West Bengal’) highlights on the criminal intent behind a chain of series of facts/factors which are capable of distorting the very image of the people in political power. Those who are accountable for the existing hidden picture of social oppression and human miseries think & imagine the ‘Truth’ would remain ever concealed from the oppressed mass.  The instrument which is readily exploited is their intellectual savagery. And the weaponry suits their convenience. To their defense they have chosen to keep confined the ongoing turbulence of the Himalayan hills in localized level. Which it is not.

The recorded facts are there to tell the reasons for the ultimate fall of Subash Ghisingh (Chairman of Hill Council) from his acquired position. The newly awakened feel of unrest of the majority of the Hill populace who appear to have been deceived & betrayed by the AUTHORITY is now turning meaningful. It is of little/no significance now whether ‘Ghisingh’ comes forward to confirm or withdraws from confessing his own foolishness or his lack of fearlessness for the apparent compromise he had had with the ruling ministry. And the ruling ministry, on the other hand, has enjoyed the fruits of the political gains by exploiting their intellectual savagery.  Occasions demand this timely venture of challenging the AUTHORITY reaches the global community & gets both international scrutiny & domestic action. The dark side of the force is gradually getting exposed. And as a result, people from diverse origins have started exploring justified reasons behind the ongoing unrest & turmoil of the Darjeeling Himalayas.

Characteristically put it is an act of raising a voice against social oppression. The fight which needs to be fought on humanitarian grounds is certainly not getting its legitimate focus. The categorical comment of a class of people (Representatives of the AUTHORITY in political power) is: ‘The movement of Gorkha Janamukti Morcha is a motivated socio-political unrest which aims to paralyze the government administration. A study of history provides us the scope to witness the progress of human civilization. And this history cannot be a fulfilling one unless it records the rise & fall of the heart beat of mankind in general. This is known to be the cultural aspect of history which does never withdraw itself from imprinting invisible marks in the history of mankind. The tragedy is the so-called academically learned people, in order to appease their fear & safeguard their selfish gain, exploits their categorical informative knowledge & thus is causing a rift in the society.  Many many such incidents are to be found in human history which have always stood as a stumbling block for any progressive revolutionary idea/ideas beneficial for the progress of human civilization.

A mere statement will not be convincing. Let me refer to an incident:

One Smt. Gita Gupta (Not her real name) of Australia, in her mid-thirty was reported to have committed suicide. She was the only daughter of her parents (Kolkata) & was the mother of a small daughter (Appx. Aged 8/9). The father of said Gita Gupta sued his son-in-law in the Family Court of Western Australia & sought for the custody of his India-born grand daughter. The reason behind was the abuse/commercial exploitation of his grand daughter & in terms of the accountability of the father of the girl child & his link to an organised crime. It is presumed the case has remained unresolved.

The crucial factor is that soon after the said husband of above-stated Gita Gupta arrived in Kolkata to remarry another woman.

There is a list of Non-Official Marriage Registrars under the department of Judiciary of West Bengal.  Currently Sri Rabila Moitra is the minister of Judiciary. The incident is subjected to investigation not only because of the procurement of permanent resident visa of Australia (on the basis of said marriage certificate) but also of the fact whether the said second wife waited in India the required period of time for getting her visa. The incident refers to not only illegal migrants to foreign countries but also leads to the INSIDE STORY of other illegal industries where humans are treated as commodity. I am sad to comment that I have come to know another identity of the said minor child of late Gita Gupta. And this is not the single incident.

The tragedy is this kind of sporting with power remains ever beyond the grasp of the Hill populace (mostly people of the Nepali origin) who are predominantly characterized with their simplicity & instinctive capacity to trust people.  Consequently exploitation & human rights’ abuse go on & on – emotionally & materially.

Time is ripe now the dark side of the force, i.e. the INSIDE STORY (one similar like the INSIDE STORY of United Nation) behind socio-cultural pursuits of Chief Minister Buddhadev Bhattacharjee & his supportive parties & alliances get revealed.

If material facts & factors are assessed then only the outcome of the formation of Hill Council will come under right focus. It will highlight on:

What could have been done or what have been done in reality by the government for the betterment of the Hill populace. And to this regard what was the role played by Subash Ghisingh (Chairperson of the Hill Council).

What is urgently required now is a naked exposure of the critical facts & factors which in the eye of law is a grave crime.

The most shocking & sickening realization is Sri Buddhadev Bhattacharjee led party cadre in police uniform appears to be both law-makers & law-breakers. This is a critical fact which relates to the incident in Siliguri for which Sri Bimal Gurung (president of GJMM) has demanded a CBI probe.

Only the other day (in Kolkata) Samar Sen (not the real name), who was an ex-student of Narendrapur Institute (of Sri Ramkrishna Mission) & who was formerly a Naxal revolutionary (and is currently an active supportive member of West Bengal Ministry), commented on hidden interaction between chief minister Buddhadev Bhattacharjee & Kalyan Bannerjee (spokesperson of Mamata Banerjee of Trinamul Congress, a hardcore opponent of Buddhadev Bhattacharjee). Hence the public is kept in the dark in relation to the practice of rehearsed & staged drama as arranged/manipulated in advance by the crooked politicians of the day & in collaboration with social activist who appear to belong to NGOS (UNESCO-FUNDED).

The story goes the wife of chief minister of West Bengal is a popular social activist.

Let me mention that the minister of Judiciary of West Bengal is an Ex-student of Narendrapur Institute of Kolkata.

Material evidence provide further clues in terms of vital links between the people in political power & numberless fake religious gurus who claim their authentic knowledge/insight into abstract Vedanta philosophy & they regularly visit overseas on religious mission.

Kalyan Bannerjee’s office situates at 6, Old Post Office Street, Kokata who I met once & was taken by surprise (in terms of his link to guru-cult connection). No. 6 Old Post Office Street is recorded to be the address of the Law Firm of Coal India Ltd. In the recent past (my personal experience) one of the past regional manager of a renowned government Firm prided on his intimacy with the chief minister Buddhadev Bhattacharjee. The truth is the said manager of the government Firm has succeeded to explore his appropriate hideout in an identity of a religious guru in India & overseas. He has earned reputation & hence he is on a regular tour to spread Vedanta philosophy of Hinduism.

However, this guru again in disguise of a regional manager of the said renowned Firm succeeded to have possessed with a fake marriage registration certificate for his daughter. And on the basis of the said certificate his daughter could get hold of a permanent resident visa of a foreign country. The judiciary of West Bengal & the Foreign Affairs of the country contributed their shares for promoting people smuggling/sex slaves trafficking etc. The story does not end here.

The critical issue in hand demands more details & further explanation. I have put my efforts to offer only a preliminary episode of the criminal plight which is the INSIDE STORY of the people in political power with having vital links to West Bengal Ministry.
