Teesta Tourism Carnival

Darjeeling:  On the occasion of “Maghe Sankrati”, a week long Teesta-Triweni Tourism Carnival will be organised at Teesta, under the instruction of Mr Subash Ghisingh, this will be much bigger Carnival event than last year.

The Carnival will start on January 7 to 14. Various cultural and entertainment programs will be held, the artistes and musicians will be called from different parts of Darjeeling hills and Nepal, according to organizing committee.

The rafting will also be there to entertain in the river Teesta at free of cost during the Carnival periods, said one of organizing committee.
